Unix time = seconds since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z. ISO time = the same instant in calendar form. Multiply seconds by 1,000 for milliseconds.
Example

Frequently asked
Seconds or milliseconds?
We use seconds (the Unix standard). Multiply by 1,000 for JavaScript Date().
What about negative timestamps?
Allowed — they represent dates before 1970-01-01 UTC.
Time zone?
UTC is shown alongside your device's local time, so you can sanity-check both.
