Net hours = ((clock-out − clock-in) − break) ÷ 60. If clock-out is earlier than clock-in we add 24 hours for overnight shifts.
Example
09:00 → 17:30 with a 30-minute lunch = 8 hours. At $25/hr that's $200 gross.
